Mission Electric Bike

Electric bikes can make a daily commute, grocery run, or weekend ride feel very different, and Mission Electric Bike gives Providence riders a chance to experience that difference before buying. Located on Brook Street, the shop carries e-bikes from Tern, Gazelle, and Urban Arrow, with test rides available for people comparing models and riding styles.

The team works with Bosch-powered systems in-house and offers a year of complimentary tune-ups with bike purchases. Accessories are part of the shop’s selection, so riders can think through how a bike will fit into everyday life instead of choosing solely from specifications. Service is also an important part of the business: one account describes the team fixing a flat on a bicycle bought elsewhere.

What stands out is the range of people the shop serves. Customers have approached electric cycling for transportation, exercise, errands, and mobility after surgery, and the staff are described as knowledgeable without making the experience intimidating. Whether someone wants a practical cargo bike or is simply curious about pedal assistance, Mission Electric Bike combines the chance to try different rides with ongoing technical support.
