PedalJets eBikes

PedalJets eBikes approaches electric-bike sales as a conversation rather than a quick transaction. At its North Miller Road shop in Scottsdale, the team helps shoppers compare models, understand their controls, and experience how pedal assistance and throttle operation affect a ride.

Customers describe patient demonstrations and side-by-side comparisons before making a purchase. Guidance extends beyond the bike itself: staff also discuss local routes and riding areas that may suit a person's fitness, experience, or recreational interests.

Ordering and assembly are handled through the store, which also provides support after a sale. Brake adjustments, general maintenance, and other ongoing service needs are part of the operation, giving buyers somewhere local to return as they put more miles on their electric bikes.

PedalJets serves riders around Scottsdale, Tempe, and Fountain Hills, including first-time e-bike buyers who want more than a showroom overview. Its distinguishing feature is the emphasis on helping customers understand the bike and the experience of riding it, from an initial demonstration to practical questions after purchase.
